Did You Know I Love Chocolate?

You know by now just how much I love chocolate and it's no different when it comes to consuming raw cacao powder!

Here are just a few reasons why I incorporate this bean into my true beauty routine*!

Raw cacao promotes feelings of love and joy and opens up the energy of the heart chakra. It contains the neurotransmitter anandamide known as the “bliss chemical.” In yoga, ananda means bliss. Even better- cacao ALSO contains anandamide inhibitors, keeping the compound from breaking down quickly and the feeling of cacao anadamide lasting longer, so we feel great longer!Cacao packs in more calcium than cow’s milk and is densely packed with iron, magnesium and antioxidants.Consuming cacao can help with issues such as depression, stress, blood pressure and heart health.
