Meet and Greet will be followed by informative information of the blogs listed on this site. But, explained in more detail. The idea for this group is that we all seek the same thing. To live a healthy lifestyle and be happy. Also to do the best we can for the temple that we have been given. All of us will learn together. Like Christoper Columbus, we are on a journey that will take us to the land of knowledge where we seek wisdom. It could be the best journey of our lives!
Meetings will be the first Monday of each month. Please bring a pair of comfy socks, or slippers with you to wear for relaxation.
